Paradise Wildlife Park – World of Dinosaurs

In 2018 Paradise Wildlife Park opened a permanent World of Dinosaurs attraction!

It is hands down THE BEST dinosaur attraction we have ever been to and it really is a must for any mini Dinosaur enthusiast! It would be perfect to take the kids to as a treat and once you pay entry you have access to the whole wildlife park so you can make a full day of it.  Even in the crummy weather (and it really was crummy!) there was plenty to see and do.

World of Dinosaurs features 30 life-size, moving and roaring dinosaurs and my 8 year old said she enjoyed it because of how realistic they were. At times I heard the Jurassic park theme tune playing which was pretty special! (that was actually through speakers and not in my head!).

There are fun opportunities to interact with the displays, including a jeep for kids to get in and pretend to get away from a roaring T-Rex and a Dilophosaurus (according to my husband!) that sprays water on you – now you know this don’t tell your kids and get them to “pose for a photo in front of the dilophwhatsitcalled” and then ROFL when they get sprayed on the back of the head – Disclaimer I ever did this but someone else did and I was jealous (though I probably would have done it to my husband not my kids),

There is interesting information around the attraction so you can all read and learn more about the dinosaurs on show.  There is a little dino train, which is £2 per person and there is a sandpit excavation so the kids can play excavating dinosaur bones with brushes and spades while you sit and have a coffee 🙂 There were loads of photo opportunities through out the attraction which is a nice touch.

Its a good size and is all outside and is buggy and wheelchair friendly (you can hire push along little tykes cars for general use in the park if your little one gets tired)

You can buy discounted online tickets here.

Now might be a good time for me to I confess that my knowledge of dinosaurs is limited but I have seen Jurassic park!

Enjoy 🙂
