The Culture Trust (previously Luton Culture) have a host of spooky activities in store for you to keep little ones busy this half term. The schedule of events and includes both paid and free, ticketed events and theres something suitable for all ages including puppet shows, a horrid house tour, family friendly theatre performances and workshops running across their different venues in Luton.
As well as their Halloween inspired events, they have a selection of others too – if thats not your thing :).
The Culture Trust has always run good events so I’m sure this half term will be no different! obviously the half terms are different across the 3 counties and these events run from 21st – 27th October so theres bits on over the weekend too and I know a few schools have teacher training in that week so if its not your half term week it could still be a good way to kick start your time off. If you aren’t able to get as much time off as you would like (as I know many of you can’t), make sure you take a look at the weekend activities.

A day of spooky activities at Stockwood Park Discovery Centre. Suitable for age 2+.
The Horrid House Tour
22nd and 23rd October
Just for kids! (drop them off then enjoy a coffee onsite by yourself! amazing!) A fun, interactive tour of Wardown House, Suitable for age 8-11.
Messy
22nd and 23rd October
A magical and visual story involving puppets and tap dancing. Suitable for ages 4-8.

A fun and energetic show. Suitable for age 3+

Various dates
Free taster session to develop confidence while learning new skills. Based in libraries across Luton, suitable for age 4-11
Frankenstein for Kids
24th and 25th October
A hilarious storytelling session with balloon puppetry. Suitable for age 4+.
Heart of Light
Various dates
A beautiful performance with dance, projections and puppetry. Suitable for age 5+.
Egg on Legs
27th October
Dr Seuss inspired funny puppet show with music. Suitable for age 3-8.
